♦Think-Feel-Discover: What did you study? Can you tell us a bit about your studies’ experience?
I have studied fashion design, styling, and shoe design. I have many pleasant memories, and I met many interesting people who believe in me and thank them for that!
♦Think-Feel-Discover: When and why did you decide to become a shoe designer?
Four years ago, I realized that my clothes designs were very theatrical. However, I realized that I could express myself better by designing shoes.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: Can you tell us about your first shoe design?
To begin with, let me tell you that I love California. So the first shoe design was a very high-heeled, heeled palm.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: When and why did you decide to launch the Sofi Victoratou label?
When I started designing shoes, I was looking for the right school. Likewise, as soon as I finished my studies, I started right away to work on my shoe design ideas. In short, I launched the Sofi Victoratou label in the summer of 2019.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: What does it mean handmade shoe design for you as a designer? Which are the values of your brand?
For me, like a new shoe designer, handmade means something made with love. The Sofi Victoratou shoe design reflects the high-quality leathers and the art of custom made. Above all, good shoes are comfortable shoes. The one that a woman can wear all day long.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: Where do you make your shoe design? How do you ensure the high quality of your pieces?
My shoe designs are all made in Greece. That is to say, they are handmade, and I focus on the best quality of materials.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: Where do you get your inspiration as a shoe designer?
For my inspiration, I always focus on the positive side of my daily life. What do I think or feel while I design my shoes, it’s my life.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: What does fashion creativity mean to you?
Fashion means creativity. Without creativity, there is no innovation. In my eyes, Fashion creativity is a form of expression without the use of words. It’s personal, authentic, alive.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: How does sustainable fashion influence the design of your collection?
Fashion is evolving. Above all, I keep on being informed on new materials. I would love to make an exclusive collection of eco-friendly materials.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: What does it mean for you like an upcoming shoe designer to design shoes in Greece today?
Above all, you need to love it. Undoubtedly, production in Greece has many difficulties. You need to be patient and do your recherche. Everything is possible if you want to do it.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: What does style mean to you?
Style means personality, uniqueness. Style means to be you.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: Which is your favourite colour, and why?
My favourite colour is white. For me, white brings out innocence and purity. It is the colour of new beginnings. In my eyes, it opens the way for the creation.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: Do you believe in trends?
I keep an eye on trends. Above all, I use elements that fit me.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: Where do you see yourself ten years from now?
In 10 years, I would love to have a family and my shoes to be worn by women worldwide.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: How important and why is it for you as a shoe designer to bring your story into life during the Fashion Awards in London on the 2nd of December 2019?
British Fashion Awards is internationally well known as the recognition of new talents, and best creatives in the fashion industry. Personally speaking, it’s an honour for me to tell my shoe design story through street photography during the British Fashion Awards. London is breathing loud these days. However, it’s Just unmissable for all fashion lovers.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: How important is it for you to collaborate with me as a Fashion Stylist for street style photography in London?
For me, collaborate with you for street photography in London, it’s an opportunity to reveal the beauty of my shoe design. Firstly, I do admire your sense of style as Fashion Stylist. Above all, you are a woman that can support what she is wearing.

Undoubtedly, Humility is what defines my personality.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: What type of woman do you see wearing your shoes?
A dynamic, stylish woman who loves fashion would choose to wear Sofi Victoratou shoes.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: If you could describe your aesthetic in 5 words, what would be they?
Summer, colours, freedom, nature, symmetry, they are the best words for me.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: What do you enjoy most about your work?
Above all, I enjoy sketching. All the magic starts there.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: What is your favourite moment of the day?
My favourite moment in the day is when I have time to sketch. It relaxes me and makes me happy. I love it.
♦Think-Feel-Discover: Which is the style of your daily wardrobe? Which is your favourite shoe style?
I love to wear my Jeans, a simple t-shirt, and of course my shoes. For winter I would like to wear a boot.
